The Patrimonio meteorite fell the morning of August 6, 1950 at Fazenda do Morro Cavado near the village of Patrimonio. Approximately 20 stones fell, the largest was 1800 grams. Only 2.2 kilograms total weight is listed in the Meteoritical Bulletin. This 640 gram half stone, is reported to be the largest remaining piece in private hands.
